GRACE HELEN STOREY October 18, 1923 - September 11, 2003 Peacefully on September 11, 2003, Grace Helen Storey passed away surrounded by her family, at the age of 79. Grace will be remembered for her generosity, strong will, and tenacious spirit for living her life her way and on her terms. Grace was born on October 18, 1923 to Charles and Edith Morris and resided in Winnipeg all her life. In 1967, Grace married Charlie Storey. Together they shared many wonderful years together. Grace was predeceased by her parents; her only brother George in 1960 and her husband Charlie in 1981. Grace will always be fondly remembered by her niece Paula, and husband John, her niece Rose from British Columbia and nephew Fred and wife Ruby. Grace is also survived by her sister-in-law Lara; seven great-nieces and three great-nephews. Grace was especially close to Paula and her daughter Christina who lovingly helped her live independently in her later years. Her family would like to thank the staff on the fifth floor at St. Boniface Hospital especially Nurses Diane and Laura and Drs. Teddy and Henry.
