RONALD LARRY MADISON With great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Ronald Madison on Friday, September 12, 2003. Ron was born in Vita, MB on August 7, 1946. Ron was predeceased by his parents, Alex and Mary Maksimchuk. Ron is survived by his uncles, Bill, Paul and Jarvis; his aunts, Nettie, Helen, Ann and Nan, also numerous cousins. Ron is also survived by his fiancee Glenda Edwards. Ron graduated from Red River College in the business administration field. With the knowledge obtained, he excelled in the financial field forming many successful businesses. Ron acquired along the way, many friends and business associates. His business accomplishments included Toronto, Saskatoon, the United States and finally Winnipeg. Ron looked forward to time spent at the cottage at Twin Lakes Beach. Many friends at the beach will miss him dearly. For those of us that knew Ron well, if there was something to be done, "hire someone!" Cremation has taken place, and a memorial service will be held on Wednesday, September 17 at 11:00 a.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba.
