Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryNADINE HEATHER JONASSON 1964 - 2003 Peacefully, on Tuesday, September 16, 2003, Nadine Heather Jonasson passed away with her family at her side. Nadine was born on January 20, 1964. She attended school in Riverton after which she spent some time in Iceland. Upon returning home to Manitoba she rekindled old friendships and pursued her lifelong interest in horses. After living in various communities, Nadine chose St. Claude, MB as her new home. There she purchased a farm where she was able to raise, buy and sell horses and along with her daughter Samantha and her loving partner Larry spent many happy times. They later purchased Spirit Sands Wagon Tours which gives horse drawn wagon rides in Spruce Woods park. They also operated a leather business-Rodeo Shop Chaps where they sewed riding chaps and other leather items pertaining to the horse industry. Nadine is survived by her husband Larry Robinson and daughter Samantha; her parents, Halli and Leola; sister Laurie (Sid), nieces Akilena and Hailey; sister Denise (Edwin), nephews, Daniel, Jordan and Jason; and her brother David. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 20 at 2:00 p.m. in the Riverton Gospel Chapel, Riverton, MB, with Pastor Trudy Sluth officiating. Interment to follow in the Riverton Community Cemetery. Turn your face to the sun and ride like the wind. Gilbart Funeral Home, Selkirk, in care of arrangements.
