LIONEL JOSEPH LEVESQUE It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Lionel Levesque on September 9, 2003 at St. Michaels Hospice in Burnaby BC, at the age of 68 years. He was predeceased by his father Theodore; brother Armel and by his stepfather Frank Papp. He is survived by his mother Martha Papp; sister Alice (Gordon) and his brother Armand (Pat). He also leaves to mourn his passing, his children, Ida (Ron), Louise (Jim), Maurice (Denise), Yvette (Rob) and Sarah; grandchildren, Michael, Rachelle, Christine, Courtney, Danielle, Mathieu and Roman; great-grandson Jordan. Dad lived a quiet life at the Swedish Manor in Burnaby, BC, where he had numerous friends. He loved the beauty of the West Coast where he resided for a number of years in New Westminster and Burnaby. The family would like to thank the staff at St. Michaels Hospice and Lionels good friend Jack for his care and friendship to our Dad. Funeral mass will be celebrated by Father Ron Leger at the Holy Family Roman Catholic Church, 778 Archibald St. in St. Boniface on Saturday, September 20 at 11:00 a.m. The service will terminate at the church. Private interment of Lionels cremated remains will take place in St. Vital Cemetery, River Rd. on Monday, September 22. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Lionel to the Canadian Cancer Society, 193 Sherbrook St., Winnipeg R3G 9Z9. LECLAIRE BROTHERS in care of arrangements. 775-2220.
