LEONA WILSON Peacefully on September 19, 2003 at Riverview Health Centre, Leona Wilson passed away at the age of 80 years. She was predeceased by her loving husband Jack Wilson in 1993. Left to cherish her memory are her loving sons, Sander (Pam) Arnaud, Rick (Cheryl) Arnaud; grandchildren, Mike (Linda), Ricki, Dave, Ryan (Amie), Carley Arnaud; stepdaughters, Carolyne and Linda and their families. She also leaves to mourn her passing her sister Alphonsine Knockaert, and many nieces and nephews. Besides her husband, she was also predeceased by her sister Emily, of Montreal. Leona was born in St. Rose de Lac and moved to Winnipeg as a teenager where she later married and raised her family. She worked many years in retail, including cosmetics at Eatons. The family wishes to thank Dr. Pat Harris, Grace Hospital Cancer Care, WRHA Home Care and Palliative Care, and the Riverview Health Centre. A private memorial service will be held for close friends and family on Tuesday, September 23 at 11:00 a.m. at Klassen Funeral Chapel, 1897 Henderson Hwy.
