SANDRA MARIE BEAL (nee MORRIS) July 19, 1946 - September 19, 2003 It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Sandra Marie Beal at Ste. Anne Hospital, September 19, 2003, peacefully with her family at her side, at the age of 57 years. Sandra lived her early years in St. Vital and Fort Garry. In August 1963, Sandra married the love of her life, Bert. They moved to Regina before returning to Fort Garry, Fort Richmond, and since 1976, living on an acreage near Lorette. Sandra was predeceased by her father Robert (1975) mother Dru (1980) and brother-in-law Dan McNaughton (2002). Sandra is mourned by her husband of 40 years, Bert; and her children, Melynnda (Gary), Patti-Ann (John), Robert (Maureen) and Laura Lee (Randy). Also to cherish her memory are her sisters, Karen, Val (Dave) and brother Ken (Trudy) as well as many family and friends. Moms love of children started with her own and then her 10 grandchildren, Neil, Devon, Adam, Randy, Chad, Jason, Julia, Brent, Jenna and little Aiden, never forgetting to make their birthdays a special occasion. Her love was shared with the dozens of children she babysat over numerous years. She spent most of her years operating a day-care in her home, which she loved. Caring, considerate and loving describe her. Sandra always opened her heart and house to all family and friends. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 23 at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd. (south of the Royal Canadian Mint). Interment will take place in Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens. A gathering of family and friends will follow in the reception centre. A special thanks to the nursing staff and doctors at Ste. Anne Hospital who saw to her comfort during her stay. Thanks, June and Lisa, for being there for us.
