Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDOROTHY MAY GOODMAN (nee JENNINGS) Dorothy May Goodman, aged 79 years, of Lockport, beloved wife of William passed away, peacefully at Selkirk General Hospital on Sunday, September 21, 2003. Also survived and sorrowfully missed by her daughter Maureen (Gary Hammond) granddaughters, Dayna Hammond and husband Chris Jelfs, and DArcy Hammond. Dorothy is also survived by her sister Margaret Poole. Among other artistic accomplishments, Dorothy was renowned for her expertise in, and knowledge of gardening, with particular emphasis on perennials. This has gained her numerous friends throughout the country. Dorothy also served her country with the RCAF Womens Division during the Second World War. Cremation has taken place. At Dorothys request there will be no funeral. There will be a private memorial service with family and friends. No flowers please. Those wishing to do so should make a donation in her memory to the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of their choice. Gilbart Funeral Home in care of arrangements.
