MARGET BADGLEY After a battle with cancer, Marget Badgley (nee Pott) passed away peacefully at the Vita Health Centre on September 21, 2003, at the age of 77. Marget Badgley was born September 6, 1926 to George and Mary Pott. She is survived by her husband Bryce of 49 years; sons, Robert (fiancee Beverly Barnsdale), Rodney (Linda) and Bruce (Shanna) and daughter Elaine (Doug). Ten grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Also survived by a brother Harold Pott (Lily) brothers-in-law, Ed Pott, Mike Badgley, Allan Badgley (Marion), George Fast, and sister-in-law Rose Pott. Marget was an active member of the community and clubs such as 4-H, Womens Institute, and the Womens Auxiliary. She enjoyed many evenings with friends playing bingo, this being one of her favourite pastimes. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at the Greenridge United Church on September 25 at 2:00 p.m. followed by interment in Greenridge Cemetery. The family would like to extend their appreciation and thanks to the staff of the Vita Health Care Centre and the community for all their support. A special thanks to a very special niece Pat for the care and help during this difficult time. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Cancer Society of Manitoba or Diabetes Society.
