WILLIAM (BILL) KUCYK Peacefully on Monday, September 22, 2003 at the Arborg and District Health Centre, William (Bill) Kucyk, aged 92 years, of Arborg passed away. Surviving to mourn his loss, his sister Mary (John) Krawec and numerous nieces and nephews. Bill was predeceased by his parents; brothers, John, Mike, Tony, Walter; sisters, Pauline and Annie. Bill was born September 25, 1911 in Gunton, MB. He farmed in the Ledwyn area for the greater part of his life. During his time farming he also spent some time on the lake as a commercial fisherman. In his retirement he moved to Arborg. Bill enjoyed travelling throughout North America. He like to spend his Saturdays at the Arborg Legion with his friends. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 27 at 1:00 p.m. at the Arborg (MacKenzie) Funeral Home. Interment will follow at the Ledwyn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of ones choice. The family would like to thank the homecare workers and the staff at the Arborg and District Health Centre for all their care.
