LENORE KATHERINE MARY STREIB 1930 - 2003 Peacefully on September 22, 2003 Lenore passed away at Seven Oaks Hospital with her sister at her side. She leaves to mourn her sister Shirley Atkinson; nephew Ronald and his wife Maureen. She also leaves to cherish her memory her relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents, Henry and Katharina Streiba; brother Henry and sister Fridolin Streib; brother-in-law Dale Atkinson and niece Marie Atkinson. Lenore especially enjoyed her luncheon dates with former co-workers of F.W. Woolworth Co. where she worked for 50 years. She also enjoyed her many travels with family and friends and her time spent at the family cottage in Grand Marais. Thanks to all family and friends for their kindness and prayers and love and support shown to Lenore during her illness. Sincere thanks are extended to the 5th floor Unit 4 staff of the Seven Oaks Hospital for their thoughtfulness and compassionate care shown to Lenore and the family. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, September 29 at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, McCalman and Grey. Interment of cremated remains will take place at Elmwood Cemetery.
