MEREN JAVIER On Thursday, September 25, 2003, Meren Javier passed away, at the age of 78 years, beloved wife of Alfredo Javier. Meren is survived by her children, Dolores (Rene) of Ohio, Luz (Ding) Damian, Elizabeth (Ben) both of Winnipeg, Feming (Tony), Virgilio (Fe) Rogelio (Alicia), Jessica (Henry), Alfredo Jr. (Gina) all of the Philippines. Meren also leaves five grandchildren in Winnipeg, Leah (Darren), Jun (Mailah), Wesley, Jennifer and Richard, grandchildren are also in the United States and the Philippines. Viewing will take place on Monday, September 29 between 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. in the Garry Memorial Funeral Home, 1291 McGillivray Blvd., Winnipeg, MB, R3T 5Y4. Funeral services will take place of Tuesday, September 30, at 10:00 a.m. also in the Garry Memorial Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow in the Waverley Memorial Gardens, 1501 Waverley St., Winnipeg. The family extends their thanks to the St. Boniface Hospital staff and the Dialysis Unit, as well as the staff at Seven Oaks Hospital.
