ARTHUR R. OSWALD 1920 - 2003 Arthur Oswald, age 83, of Steinbach passed away peacefully on September 27, 2003 at his residence. He is survived by Helga, son Reg (Judy) and their children, Sara, Susie and Samual of Florida, Greg and his children Sara and Jennifer, and son Kerry (Shelley) and children, Teagan and Karlee; his brothers, Albert, Fred, Eddie, Karl and Irwin and sisters, Frieda, Florence, Lil and Ruth. He was predeceased by son James, granddaughter Katherine, brother Bill and sisters, Lena and Martha. Viewing will be held at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, Thursday, October 2, from 7 to 8 p.m. The funeral service will be held Friday, October 3, 2:00 p.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church. Interment at St. Johns Lutheran Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Paul Lutheran Church Memorial Fund. The family wishes to express special thanks to the caregivers for their support and encouragement. May the road rise up to meet you, the wind be always at your back, the rain fall soft upon your shoulders and the sunshine warm upon your face.
