ELSIE RUSSELL July 6, 1917 - October 1, 2003 In loving memory of Elsie Russell, age 86 years, who died peacefully at her residence in Princess Court, Dryden on Wednesday, October 1, 2003. Born in Golden Bay, MB. Elsie and Fred farmed in Golden Bay and Buchan, MB before moving to Dryden in 1955. Elsie Russell is survived by sons, Lawrence (Georgina) and Henry (Tilda), Dryden; 10 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; sisters, Lydia Schewe, Camrose, AB, Anne Schlecht, Dryden; brothers, Edward (Esther) Neiser, Winnipeg, and Ernie (Joanne) Neiser, Waterdown, ON. She was predeceased by her husband Fred on July 25, 1991; daughter Doreen; a daughter-in-law and son-in-law as well as three brothers, Emil, William and George. Funeral services for Elsie Russell were held Friday, October 3 at 2:00 p.m. in Our Saviour Lutheran Church, Pastor Noel Smith officiating. Interment in the Dryden Cemetery.
