LENA NOROSKY Lena Norosky, beloved wife of the late Wilf Norosky, of Newdale, MB, passed away at the Minnedosa Health Centre on Tuesday, September 30, 2003 at the age of 86 years. Lena is survived by her daughters, Janice Norosky of Newdale, Linda Norosky of Las Vegas, Nevada, Sylvia (Bruce) Houghton of Markham, ON; son Dennis (Denise) Norosky of Newdale; daughter-in-law Brenda Norosky of Newdale; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; sisters, Rose Lewandoski of Sandy Lake, Anne (Peter) Soltys of Sandy Lake, Jean (Bernie) Roth of Victoria, Kansas, Marika (Jim) MacDonald of Calgary, AB; sisters-in-law, Mary Millenchuk of Sandy Lake, Shirley Millenchuk of Sandy Lake, Lavina Millenchuk of Winnipeg, Helen (Steve) Yarych of Sandy Lake; brother-in-law Joe (Polly) Norosky of Winnipeg. She was predeceased by her husband Wilf; sons, Ivan and David; her special sister Pearl Polson; brothers, Steve, John and Paul Millenchuk; brothers-in-law, Steve Lewandoski, Lawrence Polson, Tony Kowalchuk and sister-in-law Mary Kowalchuk. The funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6 at 10:00 a.m. from St. Peter and Paul Ukrainian Catholic Church, Newdale with interment following in the parish cemetery. Prayers will be said from the church, Sunday, October 5 at 7:30 p.m. Rev. George Malik and Rev. Michael Tkachuk will officiate. If friends so desire, donations may be made to the Minnedosa Health Centre or St. Peter and Paul Ukrainian Catholic Church, Newdale.
