MARY AGNES DAVIE On Friday, October 3, 2003, Mary Davie passed away at the St. Boniface Hospital. Mary was predeceased by her husband Bill in 2001. She is survived by her son John (Carol) of Winnipeg, grandchildren, John (Melanie) of Ottawa, James (Karen) of St. Malo, Richard (Brenda) of Winnipeg, Sandra of St. Catharines, ON and Julie of Mississauga, ON; seven great-grandchildren; sister Pat Silk (Doug) of Winnipeg; brother Ben Lowery (Ellen) of Victoria, BC, as well as many nieces and nephews. For many years Mary helped her husband Bill at Davies Lunch as the "Worlds Greatest Cook". A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 7 at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Trinity Anglican Church, 256 Donald St. with Rev. Robin Mather officiating.
