MARJORIE ISABELLE CHARMAN (nee MATHESON) April 1, 1907 - October 5, 2003 With great sadness we announce the passing of Marjorie Charman on October 5, 2003 at the age of 96 years. She will be fondly remembered by her children, Bernice (George) Eakin, Elaine (Erv) Lobson, Brian (Janice) Charman and Garry Charman. Six grandchildren, Lori (Chris) Stevens, Grant (Myrna) Eakin, Bruce (Trish) Eakin, Janice (Gordon) Hudson, Robert Lobson and Jason Charman. As well as nine great-grandchildren. Marjorie was born in Winnipeg, MB, April 1, 1907. She was predeceased by her first husband Earl Charman in 1945 and her second husband Claude Charman in 1987. Marjorie was a long time resident of St. Vital, living many years in her family home on Rosewaren Avenue, and the past 19 years in her suite at Riverside Lions St. Vital. Marjorie enjoyed good health to November 2002, maintaining her suite and enjoying her weekly trip to the "Sals" and shopping for her groceries with her daughters Bernice and Elaine. In keeping with her wishes cremation has taken place and there will be no service held. A private interment of Marjories ashes will take place in Elmwood Cemetery at a later date.
