Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryBARRY MARTIN FREGO July 18, 1931 - October 6, 2003 Peacefully, on October 6, 2003 at St. Boniface General Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer, Barry passed away quietly with his family at his side. Barry will be remembered by his wife Arleigh; sons, Russell (April) and David; and grandchildren, Tyler and Lindsey. He was predeceased by his parents, James Vincent and Jean; brother Frank; and sister Lois Davies. He was born and raised in St. Vital and after attending Holy Cross and Glenlawn school he chose a career in accounting, and worked at the CNR for 38 years. Barry and Arleigh were happily for 51 years, spending their summers relaxing at their trailer in Lac du Bonnet and winters curling at the Fort Garry Curling Club. The family would like to extend their heartfelt appreciation to all the physicians, nurses and support staff of St. Boniface Emergency, 5A, 5B and the Palliative Care Unit for the wonderful care and support. In lieu of flowers, we respectfully request that donations may be made to the Palliative Care Endowment Fund through the St. Boniface Hospital and Research Foundation, 409 Tache Ave., Room D1 003, Winnipeg, MB R2H 2A6.
