LEO MOAR Peacefully, on Friday, October 3, 2003, at the Ste. Rose General Hospital, Leo Moar passed away peacefully at the age of 72 years. Leo was predeceased by his wife Margaret; his parents, Angus and Mary Cecile Moar and by his sister Lena Bos. He leaves to mourn his passing and cherish many fond memories, his children, Mervin (Martha) Moar of Winnipeg, MB, Gary (Brenda) Moar of Calgary, AB, Dale (Loretta) Moar of Winnipeg, Finley (Bonnie) Moar of Winnipeg, Clayton (Wanda) Beck of Winnipeg, Sheldon (Stephanie) Moar of Crane River, MB. There are 25 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren along with his sisters, Marie Lavallee of Crane River, Elsie Macauley of Winnipeg, Delores (John) Moar of Crane River; his brothers, Nelson (Martha) Moar of Winnipeg, Sidney (Sharon) Moar of Crane River, Russell (Eileen) Moar of Crane River, along with numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends. The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses especially Gerri and Debbie of the Ste. Rose General Hospital for all of the wonderful care given to Leo and the family during his illness. Prayers will be offered on Wednesday, October 8 at 7:00 p.m. from the Holy Family Roman Catholic Church, Crane River. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9 at 2:00 p.m. from the Holy Family Roman Catholic Church, Crane River. Rev. Fr. Norberto Monton will officiate with the interment following in the Crane River Cemetery. Should friends so desire, donations may be made in memory of Leo to the Palliative Care Fund c/o the Prevost Foundation at the Ste. Rose General Hospital. Ste. Rose Memorial Chapel, Ste.
