DENES DIEDRICH KRAHN 1984 - 2003 Accidentally, in the oil fields, on Thursday, October 2, 2003 in Estevan, SK, it is with deep sorrow that we announce the sudden passing of Denes Krahn at the young age of 19 years and nine months. He will be lovingly remembered by his parents, Lydia and Diedrich Krahn of Paraguay; as well as many cousins and friends. Denes was predeceased by his grandparents, Marciano (Patrocinia) Bogado and Peter (Katharina) Krahn. Denes was not your typical teenager. His genuine friendship and his love for life was second to none. He came to Canada on November 22, 2001 looking for a new life, which he found, but also adventure, friendship and acceptance. We will miss you and you will never be forgotten. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11 at Klassen Funeral Chapel at 10:00 a.m. with Pastors, Bruce Adams and Howie McMaster officiating. Viewing will be held at Klassen Funeral Chapel on Friday, October 10 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and also prior to the service. Interment will take place in Glen Eden Memorial Gardens. Special thanks to Darcy and his wife Jackie McGillicky, and the Emergency Medical Services in Saskatchewan for all their care and compassion.
