Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGEORGE BEATTY GREEN Dad passed away on Tuesday, October 7, 2003 with one of his daughters at his side. He lived for 86 years. Dad will be missed by his daughters, Georgina, Helen, Sally (Jamie), Mary (Herve) and Tanya. We were the pride and joy of his life. He will also be missed by grandchildren, Mandy, Melissa, Sara, Allison and Melody and great-grandchildren, Colin and Desiree. George was born on June 3, 1917 in Kamsack, SK. He came from a family of five brothers and six sisters (only Marge and Mary remaining). Dad farmed and worked the pulpwood camps during the Great Depression years. He then did barbering, worked for the railway, and eventually enlisted with the Royal Canadian Air Force until his retirement in 1967. Dad then worked as a Fire and Safety Inspector for Eatons until 1982. A Service of Remembrance will be held on Saturday, October 11, at 11:00 a.m. in the Common Room at 21 Boulton Bay. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charity of your choice. Once I was young. Now I am old and weary. My work is done. Now I will rest. NEIL BARDAL INC. 949-2200
