CLARA MAE ROWE (nee SPENCER) September 5, 1928 - October 7, 2003 The death of Mrs. Clara Mae Rowe at age 75 years, occurred at Grace General Hospital on Tuesday, October 7, 2003 at 4:40 a.m., with her daughter Elaine, by her side. She died of health complications after breaking her hip in a fall at her home on Friday, August 15. Clara is lovingly remembered by her immmediate family, eldest daughter Elaine Yurejchuk and husband Terrence Yurejchuk; twins, daughter Gwen Bradley; and son Glen Rowe; granddaughter Lisa Frankemolle; grandson Christopher Frankemolle, his wife Genevieve; also surviving Steven Bradley and Carolus Frankemolle; and brothers, Glen and Raymond Spencer. She had many friends and relatives that were so much a part of her life. After she retired, she was a member of the St. Andrews Over Sixty Club and loved every minute of her time with the club. They will all truly miss her. Despite her health issues throughout her years, she pushed to survive. Although she was a small women with bright brown eyes and a quick smile, she had the spirit of a stallion. Even though her body failed her, her spirit remains strong. On Tuesday, October 14, at 11:00 a.m., a memorial service and partial interment service will be held at St. Andrews Anglican Church, 2700 Portage Ave., Winnipeg. On Sunday, October 12, (for time call Gwens cell phone at 1-403-605-9229), a partial interment service will occur at John Spencers (her father) grave site, in Russell Cemetery in Russell, MB.
