LEON APUYA Leon Apuya on Wednesday, October 8, 2003, after a lengthy illness passed away in hospital care in Abra, Phillipines. He was 84. Leon lived in Winnipeg, with his wife, Segundina and family for 20 years. Leon is survived by his wife Segundina of 65 years; his two daughters, Linda Smith (Australia), Nelly and Jun Trinidad and family (Winnipeg) and seven sons, Domingo and Josie Apuya and family (Philippines), Salvador and Fely Apuya and family (Philippines), Leonardo Jr. and Loretta Apuya and family (Philippines), Ben and Malou Apuya and family (Winnipeg), Amante and Analyn Apuya and family (Winnipeg), Jolly and Hilda Apuya and family (Winnipeg), Mario and Hasmin Apuya and family (Winnipeg). Funeral arrangements will be held in Abra, Philippines.
