ROBERT JAMES MILLER "BOB" August 4, 1918 - October 15, 2003 Peacefully on October 15 at St. Boniface Hospital with family and friends by his side Bob entered into eternal rest. Bob was predeceased by his son Robert James (Tip), and his loving wife Jean (Jan). He is survived by his brother Norman, several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. Bob lived in Winnipeg all of his life and retired from hydro, after over 35 years of service. During his retirement he enjoyed travelling, working on the truck, puttering in the yard, and having coffee with friends. Bob will be greatly missed by his friends and family. He will be remembered for his great advice and the love he showed to all those who knew him. He will be remembered for his incredible mind and his strong opinions. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 21 at 1:00 p.m. at Neil Bardal Inc., 984 Portage Ave., entrance on Aubrey Street. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in honour of Bob Miller to the Winnipeg Humane Society, 5 Kent St., Winnipeg, MB R2L 1X3.
