In his late teens he played goalie for the 1938 Memorial Cup Champions - St. Boniface Seals. From that time on he had a love for hockey. Franks funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 22 in the Chapel of Memories in Wojciks Funeral Chapel, 2157 Portage Ave. at Sharp Boulevard, with Chaplain Henry Schulz officiating. Interment will follow in Brookside Cemetery, 3001 Notre Dame Ave. Dale and family would like to extend a special thanks to all the wonderful staff at Calvary Place who took that extra effort to make Dads last home special. Your kindness and love will never be forgotten. You are all angels. Also, a special thanks to Marilyn Wedlake and Henry Schulz at this difficult time.
