JULIUS PETKAU September 23, 1921 - October 15, 2003 On Wednesday October 15, 2003 at his residence in Morden, Julius Petkau, aged 82 years, went to his eternal rest. He leaves to mourn his passing his beloved wife Agathe (nee Froese) two daughters, Carey Petkau of Edmonton, AB; Janet and husband Bruce Klassen of Brandon; two sons Donald and wife Tara Petkau of Winnipeg; Douglas and wife Grazyna of Montreal, Quebec; seven grandchildren; two brothers and families. He was predeceased by two sisters and five brothers. Viewing will be held Saturday from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Wiebe Funeral Chapel, Morden, 1050 Thornhill St., and at the church prior to the service. Funeral service will be held Sunday, October 19, 2:30 p.m. at Westside Community Church, Morden, Pastor Russ Toews officiating. Interment will follow at Southside Cemetery, Morden. Donations may be made to CancerCare Manitoba. Wiebe Funeral Chapel, Morden in care of arrangements. 204-822-4755
