Munchkin) December 16, 1982 - October 17, 2003 Tragically on Friday, October 17, 2003, Crystal Holly George passed away at the age of 20 years. Crystal leaves to cherish her beautiful memory her mother Mary Jane Bruce; stepdad Ken Douglas; her father Reginald George; her boyfriend Shane Rae; five sisters, Laura (George), Risa (Allan), Clara (Clyde), Carmelle (Leonard), and Marion; three brothers, Reginald (Jr.), Terrence and Kenneth (Jr.) grandfather Norman George of Berens River; grandmother Evelyn Bruce of Poplar River. There are numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was predeceased by her grandparents, James Bruce of Poplar River and Clara George of Berens River. Prayers will be held on Tuesday, October 21 at 7:30 p.m. at the Aboriginal Funeral Chapel, 724 Selkirk Ave. at Parr, Winnipeg. Wake services will be held at Poplar River on Wednesday, October 22 and Thursday, October 23. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24 at 2:00 p.m. at the Poplar River Community Church, Poplar River, MB with Rev. Allan Sinclair officiating. Interment to follow at Poplar River Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Laura Bruce, Risa Douglas, Clara McKay, Candace George, Sarah George and Deidre Bittern.
