JEAN LORETH It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Jean Loreth, on October 18, 2003 at her residence in Winnipeg. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Frank; parents, Anna and Adam Romanovich; sisters, Caroline Mospanchuk and Marie Buckingham. Mom leaves to mourn her son Larry (Sandra) grandchildren, Ryan (Cathie), Cory (Tobi) and Michelle (Michael) great-grandson Branden and her brother Joseph (Nellie) Romanovich and sisters, Stella Harasym (John) and Olga (Derraugh) Hunter and many nieces and nephews. Jean was born on February 15, 1913 in Ledwyn, MB. Mom worked as a seamstress in Winnipeg for many years. She enjoyed being with people very much and spent many happy and productive years working at the Winnipeg Inn. Moms life revolved around her son and his family, to whom she devoted all of her time. A kinder, gentler and more considerate woman could never be found. God created an angel when Jean was born. Special thanks to her beloved niece, Evelyn (Mitch) Mitchell, who spent many happy hours with mom. Prayers will be held on Wednesday, October 22 at 8:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. On Thursday, October 23, at 11:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Holy Redeemer Roman Catholic Church, 258 Donwood Dr., North Kildonan. Interment to follow at Assumption Cemetery. Pallbearers will be her grandsons Ryan and Cory Loreth, Tom Houghton, Michael Mouflier, George Cherepak and Ed Demarski.
