THOMAS HILL Tom passed away on Tuesday, October 21, 2003, at Seven Oaks Hospital. Toms memory will be cherished forever and he will be sadly missed by his wife Yvonne; son Laurie (Sharon) daughter Colleen (Blair) grandchildren, Ryan and Jamie Lee; great-granddaughter (Toms little angel) Ryleigh; also left to mourn his passing are his sisters, Lottie and Hazel; brother Jack (Myrna) many nieces and nephews; mother-in-law Belle; sister-in-law Linda and family. Tom was predeceased by parents; sister Kaye; brothers-in-law, Abe, Bill and Eddie; and father-in-law Gordie. Tom was born and raised in Stony Mountain, MB. He moved to Winnipeg in 1952. Tom received a Batchelor of Science Degree from the University of Winnipeg. He retired from Imperial Oil Chemical Plant at Red Water, AB, in 1995. Tom loved going to the log cabin that he built at Grindstone Provincial Park (Blacks Point). He enjoyed the time spent with family and friends, sitting around the campfire singing and telling stories. A service of remembrance will be held on Friday, October 24 at 10:00 a.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. A celebration of life will be held after the service, also at Cropo Funeral Chapel.
