Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryFRANK WOYCHYSHYN It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Frank Woychyshyn, a husband, father and grandfather on Wednesday afternoon, October 22, 2003 at Seven Oaks Hospital at the age of 94. He will be remembered by his wife Anne of 62 years of marriage; daughters, Beverley and Carol; sons-in-law, Mark Janusz and Richard Cholon; grandchildren, Curtis, Rana and Laura; stepgrandson Mark and his family; half brother Walter; niece Adela Kolodzieyczyk; and extended family in Poland, as well as many close friends. Frank was born in Byczkowce, Poland on March 17, 1909. He was the third eldest of six children. In 1931 at the age of 21 he immigrated to Canada to join his brother Casimere to start a new life. In 1942, he married his loving wife Anne and started their family in Winnipeg. Frank took an active part in the Polish community maintaining his culture and language to the last days of his life. Memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 28 at 10:00 a.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. Our family would like to extend our deepest thanks to the nurses and doctors at Seven Oaks Hospital for their compassionate care.
