LAWRENCE GEORGE WESLEY CALDER Passed away suddenly on October 26, 2003 at the Altona Hospital. Lawrence was predeceased by his parents, sister Joyce, brother-in-law Charles, and our young angel Cody Somers. He is survived by his sister Kathleen Mahoney; nephews, Glenn (Ellen), Garry, Robert (Cathy) and nieces, Heather Somers (Bart and sons, Nicholas and Jason), and Michelle Ried (Rick and son Jonathan). Lawrence was born in the Marais district of Southern Manitoba and retired from farming in 1994. In 2002, he sold his farm and moved to Altona. He was blessed with a wonderful memory and a great sense of humour. His story-telling will be missed. Interment of cremated remains will take place at the Emerson Cemetery Thursday, October 30, 1:30 p.m., with a memorial service to follow at 2:00 p.m., from St. Andrews United Church in Emerson, MB, with Rev.
