Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLAURA ELIZABETH EDGAR 1907 - 2003 Our beloved mother, sister, grandmother and great-grandmother passed away October 26, 2003 at Concordia Hospital. Laura was born in Leicester, England on July 26, 1907 to Arthur and Clara Mason. She immigrated to Canada with her family in 1926 and married Wilfred Clarence Edgar in 1932. Laura is survived by her daughter Lorraine and son-in-law Rudy Willms; grandchildren, James Willms (Nancy), David Willms (Cathy) and Laura Thomas (Drew) great-grandchildren, Amanda and Brian Willms, Elise and Kelsey Thomas; and sister Dorothy Ellis. Laura was predeceased by her parents; husband Wilfred; her sisters, Beatrice, Clara, Ida and Miriam; and brother Lawrence. She was also predeceased by a twin in infancy. The family wishes to thank the staff of Concordia Hospital Ward W3N for their compassionate care. Funeral will be held on Thursday, October 30 at 10:00 a.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. Arrangements entrusted to: CHAPEL LAWN FUNERAL HOME CEMETERY AND CREMATORIUM 885-9715
