RICHARD HUNT September 15, 1973 - October 26, 2003 Suddenly on October 26, 2003, Richard Hunt, 30 years of age, passed away at Seven Oaks Hospital. Richard was predeceased by his father George Hunt in Jamaica. Richard will be sadly missed by his mother Marjorie Watson; sister Michelle Williams; aunts, Monica, Ena, Deanna and Princess; uncle Ewart; nephew Vinnie; niece Tyler; cousins, Alvin as well as many others. Richard will also be missed by the abundance of friends he had, most of them co-workers. Richards pride and joy were his family and friends. He was born in Jamaica and immigrated to Canada as a teenager in 1989. He attended West Kildonan Collegiate and was a member of the basketball team. Later he attended the University of Winnipeg, where he also played on the Wesmen basketball team. Rich worked at the McPhillips Station Casino where most of his co-workers became like family to him. A guy with a big heart, surely everyone whom he came in contact with felt his warmth and kindness. The kids, who knew him, appreciated his love and patience. Thanks Rich for your: listening ears, respect, help, advice and above all, the love you showed us all. Viewing will be held on Tuesday, November 4 in the Chapel of Voyage Funeral Home, 220 Hespeler Ave. @ Henderson Hwy. from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 5 at the Berean Church of God, 1425 Manitoba Ave. Officiating are Rev. Mervin. A. Farquharson and Rev. Amos Peters. Interment to follow at Brookside Cemetery. The family thanks everyone for your love and support. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the "Childrens Hospital" in Richards name. You will forever be remembered within our hearts Arrangements Entrusted to: VOYAGE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORIUM 220 Hespeler Ave. @ Henderson Hwy. 668-3151
