FRANK VICTOR BIGOURDAN
Peacefully at home, with his family at his side, Frank Bigourdan passed away on October 29, 2003 at the age of 77.
Left to remember and miss him are: Frank's wife Lol; his three daughters, Liz (Gary Katynski), Jean (Dean Burnett), and Alexandra Glynis; brothers, John (Adeline), George (Joyce), sisters, Josie Kelly, Lil and Alice; best friend Ken McCormick (Vi) and many other family members and friends. Frank was predeceased by his mother and father, Freida and Jean; and his sisters, Gertrude and Irene.
Born in Winnipeg on August 1, 1926, Frank was a lifetime resident of St. Vital. He fondly remembered many visits to his Icelandic relatives and friends in the Interlake. From early childhood on, he shared many adventures with his best friend, Ken. With his appreciation of good stories and a good feast, Frank always kept everyone entertained. For years, Frank worked for McMillan Bloedel (Martin Paper). He married Lol on September 15, 1962, and they celebrated 41 years together. Frank was a special husband, father, brother and friend.
We love you Frank.
We honour Frank's request that no service be held. Cremation has taken place.
