Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCLARENCE (KEN) McKNIGHT MARCH 11, 1923 - OCTOBER 29, 2003 Peacefully on October 29, Ken McKnight passed away at the Seven Oaks Hospital. Ken is survived by his loving wife of 56 years Bernice; son Glenn (Audrey) granddaughter Lindsay; grandson Christopher; also by sisters-in-law Helen Miller, Betty (Norman) Whincup; Margaret Berry, Laurie Cloutier; brother-in-law Bruce Desmarais and many nieces and nephews. Ken was predeceased by his parents; two sisters and infant son Gary. Ken was born in Saskatchewan and grew up in Manitoba except for 15 years he and Bernice lived in Edmonton. He spent the rest of his life in Winnipeg. Ken had always been in the building supply business from which he retired in 1989. He was always willing to help anyone with anything they needed or wanted done. His express wish was to be cremated and have a small gathering of family and friends. The celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, November 4 at 7:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street with Reverend Don McIntyre officiating. The family wish to thank Dr. L. Cheung and Dr. N. Hechtenthal, great nurses and aides at the Seven Oaks Hospital and everyone else who took such good care of Ken while he was on the 3rd, 4th and 5th floors of the hospital this year.
