Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGEORGE MAURICE MASON It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of George Mason on October 28, 2003 at the age of 21 years. George was born on July 17, 1982. He is survived by his wife Juliet; two year old daughter Loretta and infant son Lucas; as well as his parents, Joseph Albert and Shelia Mason; brothers and sisters; in-laws, Elvin and Denise Flett and family; his grandparents, Chester and Mary Mason, John M. Flett and Pauline Flett; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends along with the whole Aboriginal Community of St. Theresa Point First Nation. He will be sadly missed by his friends and by his classmates and instructors at the Red River College where he was taking his training away from the community. Prayers were held on Wednesday, October 29 at 8:30 p.m. at the Aboriginal Funeral Chapel, 724 Selkirk Ave. Wake services were held on Thursday, October 30 and Friday, October 31 in St. Theresa Point, MB. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 1 at St. Theresa Point Roman Catholic Church at 1:00 p.m. with Fr. Robert Laroche officiating, interment to follow at St. Theresa Point Cemetery. And if any man ask you, Why do ye loose him? Thus shall ye say unto him, Because the Lord hath need of him. LUKE 19:31 We will all miss you George, but now you are safe in the arms of Jesus.
