Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWALTER JAMES ROBERTSON March 10, 1922 - October 29, 2003 Born in Roblin, MB, lived most of the early part of his life in Winnipeg. After serving in the Navy, he was employed with National Drugs Ltd. in Winnipeg and Edmonton until his retirement, when he moved to Lake Cowichan, BC. He was an active member of the Masonic Lodge. Walter enjoyed hunting, fishing and the outdoors. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Doris, of Lake Cowichan, son Tom, daughter Iris Pattie (Frank) and their children, Tanis (Sean Marek) and Jeff (Soyee), and great-grandson Matthew Pattie. He was predeceased by his brothers, Lorne and Jack; and sister Christine McFadyen. In accordance with his wishes there will be no formal funeral service. Donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association 102-310 Broadway Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3C 0S6.
