Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDONALD ALFRED SHAW Following a brief illness it is with deep regret that we announce the passing of Donald Shaw on Thursday, October 30, 2003 at the Seven Oaks Hospital with his family by his side. Don was born on August 20, 1931 in Brandon and lived most of his life in Manitoba. He was predeceased by his parents, Donald and Ameila Shaw of Brandon, MB, his sisters Margaret Webster, Dorothy Braitenbach, Bernice Watkins and Noreen Johnston. Dad will be lovingly remembered by his wife Yvonne, his children Ian (Pam), Neil (Linda), Karen (Brad) and Garth (Jackie), his eleven grandchildren and one great granddaughter, and numerous other relatives. Don was employed for most of his working career as a traveling salesman. He was a member of Ionic Masonic Lodge No. 25 and the Provost Corp of the Khartum Temple. The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to Karen LeMaire, Home Care Co-Ordinator Selkirk and Dr. Biala for the care given to Don in the last few weeks. An informal celebration of remembrance in honour of Don will be held on Monday, November 3 at 2:00 p.m. at Klassen Funeral Chapel, reception area. Cremation has taken place.
