IVAN BRADCO Passed away peacefully after a lengthy illness on Saturday, November 1, 2003 at the Portage General Hospital, Ivan Bradco aged 73 years of Gladstone. Ivan worked for Manitoba Hydro for 37 years, retiring in 1987. Over the years he enjoyed camping, fishing, and hunting. Once he retired and Mom got used to having him around, he settled into woodworking. He especially enjoyed the company of his kids and grandkids. Predeceased by his father Mike Bratko and mother Audrey and step-father Mitchell Reinson, in-laws, Harry and Mary Wright; and a nephew Tim Laible. He leaves to mourn his passing, his wife Mary, two sons, Terry (Lynne) of Waskada, MB, and Greg of Minnedosa, MB; two daughters, Debbie (Gil) of Winnipeg, and Brenda (Andy) of Winnipeg; 11 grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. He also leaves one brother Merv (Faye) Reinson of Montreal, four sisters, Ethel (Bill) Laible of Salmon Arm, BC, Eileen (Bud) Jacobs of Courtney, BC, Norma (Jack) Bryer or Boissevain, and Donna (Murray) Mulligan of Neepawa; sister-in-law Norma Anderson of Ontario, brother-in-law Cecil (Enid) Wright of Dauphin, brother-in-law Don (Phyllis) Wright of Mission, BC. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 4 at 2:00 p.m. in the Gladstone United Church with Rev. Bob Hunter officiating. Interment will follow in the Gladstone Cemetery. If friends so desire, memorial donations may be made to CancerCare Manitoba. Clarkes Funeral Home, Gladstone in care of arrangements.
