AUDREY MULVINA (McCORRISTER) (nee MURDOCK) August 14, 1932 - November 2, 2003 Peacefully on November 2, 2003, Audrey Mulvina McCorrister (nee Murdock) of Peguis First Nation, entered into eternal rest with her Heavenly Father, at the age of 71 years. Audrey leaves to mourn, Juliet Sutherland (Wallace) and Wayne (Sharon) Lambert, whom she raised; seven grandchildren; sisters, Elma Matheson and Kathy (Bill) Wood; brothers, Ted (Nora), Ken (Doreen), Stuart and Marshall (Thelma). Audrey was predeceased by her husband Wilfred on May 14, 2003; parents, Matilda and Walter Murdock; stepmother Violet; sisters, Hazel and Mary. Audrey worked for the Fisher River Hospital and the Percy E. Moore Hospital for 40 years. She retired in the summer of 1992. Audrey married Wilfred McCorrister in May of 1957. They spent 45 years together, until his passing. Audrey served the Lord for most of her life. She loved the Lord and loved the Word of God. Audrey read the Bible through many times. She abided by His word. "I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love His appearing." II Timothy: 4:7 & 8 Wake services will be held on Thursday, November 6 at 8:00 p.m. and Friday, November 7 at 8:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 8 at 2:00 p.m. with viewing from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. All services will be held at the Peguis Church, Peguis, MB with Pastor Kathy Wood officiating.
