FLORENCE MARIE FLORIDA DENNY (nee LECLERC) February 21, 1938- November 2, 2003 Peacefully, surrounded by numerous family members Florence Marie Florida Denny (nee Leclerc) at E.M. Crowe Memorial in Eriksdale, MB, after a courageous battle with cancer. Predeceased by her parents, Adelard and Cecile; sister Elizabeth; brothers, Denis and Louis. Surviving to mourn her loss, husband David; daughters, Lorrine (Corinne) (Gunter), Denise (Gary) and Elizabeth; stepson Shawn Snudden; sisters, Doris (Peter), Julia (Don), Ida (George), Yvonne (Claude), Linda (Ian) brothers, Robert (Barbara), Andre, Henri (Mary), Arthur, Raymond; sisters-in-law, Angela and Margaret; eight grandchildren, Jeanette, Kevin, Richard, Heather, Nathan, Wyatt, Adele, Rielle. Florence is also survived by aunt Lucy (Fred) uncles, Ralph (Laura), Paul (Jackie), Ovide (Alice), Moise (Shiela) as well as numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and in-laws. Florence was a kind and loving woman who lived for her home and family and dedicated herself to the community of St. Laurent. The family would like to thank E.M. Crowe Memorial Hospital and Victoria General Hospital, Dr. Burnett and Dr. Jeyakumar and their staff. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 6 at 11:00 a.m. with viewing at 10:00 a.m. in the St. Laurent Roman Catholic Church. Pallbearers will be Arthur Leclerc (brother / godson), Kevin Steinbeisser (grandson), Richard Steinbeisser (grandson), Roger Leclerc (nephew), Jason Allarie (nephew), Eddie Allarie (nephew).
