MAJOR J. RALPH HERMAN Major J. Ralph Herman passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 1, 2003 at A.R. Goudie Eventide Home at the age of 83. Born June 13, 1920 in Winnipeg to parents James G. and Lydia Herman (formerly of Swan River, MB). Beloved husband of Patricia (Pat) Herman for 56 years. Dear father of James Herman (Indira) and Ellen Shaffer all of Kitchener. Grandfather of Naomi Herman, Jeremy Shaffer, Harmony Pokora (Mike), Justine Shaffer, and Melodina Herman. Relatives and friends are invited to join the Herman family at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, November 6 at A.R. Goudie Eventide Home, 369 Frederick St., Kitchener, ON, for a memorial service. In lieu of flowers, donations to the A.R. Goudie Eventide Home or All Saints Anglican Church (Winnipeg) would be appreciated by the family.
