FLORENCE EDITH CLEAVER Born September 15, 1911 in Rossburn, MB, died November 3, 2003, 2003 in Winnipeg. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Jim and is survived by her loving daughter Anne and her son-in-law Peter. Florence was the last surviving child of Sam and Bella Mitchell of Rossburn. Her passing is mourned by her many nieces and nephews as well as by friends of all ages. During her life, Flo delighted in games and laughter. Her extended family gave her a great deal of pleasure. Her profession as a Registered Nurse (Victoria Hospital, Class of 1932), provided her with an opportunity to fulfil her sense of responsibility, both as a bed-side caregiver and as an instructor, and her faith gave her comfort and support throughout her life. Many thanks to the staff of Golden Links Lodge and the Victoria Hospital (4th Floor) for their excellent care. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 6 at 1:00 p.m. in Thomson Funeral Chapels, 669 Broadway.
