MARGARET FRIESEN (nee DISBROWE) Peacefully with her family and friends at her side, Margaret Friesen passed away at the Health Sciences Centre at the age of 42 years. Margaret was born at Red Sucker Lake on February 8, 1961, and had spent most of her life in Winnipeg. She leaves to cherish her beautiful memory her children, Lisa Friesen, Jocelyn Friesen and Michael Freeman; grandson Devon; parents, Morton and Mary Disbrowe; brothers, Gordon Disbrowe (Christina), George Disbrowe (Darlene), Morton Disbrowe Jr. (Roberta), Kevin Disbrowe (Lillian) and Mac Disbrowe (Mary Moose) sisters, Christine Harper (Phillip), Judy Coates, Bonnie Coles (Melvin) and Heather Disbrowe. There are numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was predeceased by her grandfather Fred; sister Loretta; brothers, Isaiah and Steven and cousins, Clifford, Bruce, Eve and Melburne. Prayers were said on Monday, November 3 at 7:30 p.m. at the Aboriginal Funeral Chapel, 724 Selkirk Ave. at Parr, Winnipeg. Wake services will be held on Tuesday, November 4 and Wednesday, November 5 at Red Sucker Lake Full Gospel Church. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 6 at 12:00 noon also at the Red Sucker Lake Full Gospel Church with Pastor Allan B. Harper officiating.
