ANN KOZAK December 22, 1910- November 4, 2003 Peacefully Ann Kozak passed away on November 4, 2003 at the Holy Family Nursing Home. Ann is survived by daughter Gail Snezyk; grandchildren, Sherril Martin, Garth (Anna) Snezyk; great-grandchildren, Sean, Colin, Cassandra and Alexander and sister Jean Carlson. She is predeceased by husband William; brothers, Pete, Bill, Paul, Mike and Steven; sisters, Mary, Helen and Sophie and son-in-law Richard. Throughout her life Ann enjoyed many long lasting relationships with family and friends. She especially loved spending time with her great-grandchildren. Prayers will be held on Thursday, November 6 at 8:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. A Funeral Service will be celebrated on Friday, November 7 at 10:00 a.m at St. Mary the Protectoress, Ukrainian Orthodox Church, 820 Burrows Ave. with Very Reverend J.D. Buciora officiating. Interment to follow at All Saints Cemetery. The family wishes to express their deep gratitude for their loving care and support provided by the Holy Family Nursing Home, especially Dr. B. Gorski.
