JAMES PETROCHUK Peacefully on Tuesday, November 4, 2003 at Oakview Place, James Petrochuk passed away. James was born on October 23, 1921 in MacNutt, SK. He served with the Armed Forces Regina Rifles Regiment during the Second World War. He was a hard working man, always fixing things, loved gardening and walking his dog Penny. Jimmy also enjoyed the company of friends chit-chatting over a cup of coffee. Jimmy will always be remembered for his big smile. Jimmy leaves to cherish his memory two daughters, Wendy, grandsons, Mason and Noah of Winnipeg; Janice (Paul), granddaughter Emillee of Maple Ridge, BC; numerous relatives and friends. Funeral service will be held 3:00 p.m. Friday, November 7 at Korban Funeral Chapel, 907 Main St., with Rev. Don McIntyre officiating. Service will terminate at the chapel. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Alzheimer Society of Manitoba, 10-120 Donald St., Winnipeg, MB R3C 4G2. THEIR JOURNEY HAS JUST BEGUN Dont think of them as gone away, their journey has just begun. Life holds so many facets, this earth is only one. Just think of them as resting from the sorrows and the tears, in a place of warmth and comfort, where there are no days and years. Think of how they must be wishing that we could know today, how nothing but our sadness can really pass away. And think of them as living in the hearts of those they touched for nothing loved is ever lost and they were loved so much. VICHNAYA PAMYAT KORBAN FUNERAL CHAPEL 956-2193
