JULIA FREDA CHATFIELD February 10, 1928 - November 5, 2003 It is with sorrow we announce the sudden passing of Julia Freda Chatfield on Wednesday, November 5, 2003. Julie left illness and pain while in the company of family at the Hunter Memorial Hospital Teulon. Julie will forever be remembered by family and friends as an extremely loving and energetic person who always seemed to have time to lend a helping hand to those that needed it. Julie was predeceased by her husband Stanley; her brothers, Tony, Jim and Mike and her sisters, Betty Van Hussen and Alice Peskett. Survived by one son Murray (Sandy), Brett and Tyler; one daughter Ruth (Ron), Sheila (Bob), Adam (Monique), Amanda and Robin. Her sisters, Marie (Bob) Finlay, Pauline (Walter) Patrick, Jean (Wallace) Hendrickson and Zita Hendrickson. Viewing will be held from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Sunday evening, November 9 at the MacKenzie Funeral Chapel Teulon. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, November 10 at the St. Peter Lutheran Church in Teulon. Interment will follow in Windsor Cemetery. Active pallbearers, grandsons, Brett Chatfield, Tyler Chatfield, Adam Stefishen; son-in-law Ron Stefishen; nephew Jaimie Finlay and good friend Lonnie Stefishen. Honorary pallbearers, Sheila Stefishen, Amanda Stefishen, Robin Stefishen and Gary Kendell. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Goodwin Lodge Teulon or to the Canadian Cancer Society.
