DANIEL (DANNY) MAURICE MOURANT Suddenly but peacefully on Wednesday, November 5, 2003 at the Ste. Anne Hospital, Daniel Maurice Mourant passed away at the age of 53 years. Left to mourn his passing and cherish his memory are his loving wife Liza, his mother Simone, his brother Richard (Arlene), his nephew Derek, niece Colleen, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and special family at Dawson Trail. He was predeceased by his father Achille (Archie). Daniel was born September 20, 1950 in St. Boniface, MB. He lived in Dufresne, MB on the farm and attended school in Ste. Anne. Some of his hobbies included riding his bicycle, raising rabbits and drawing. He enjoyed keeping track of all his cousins birthdays and events within the family and always could tell you the exact date. He left a lasting impression on everyone he met. He had many friends and touched everyones heart. Later in life he moved to Ste. Anne and found the love of his life and married Liza on October 26, 1996. He was a fun-loving man, who loved to dance and go for walks with his wife. His faith in our Lord shone through all he did. He worked for Blue Sky Recycling at Dawson Trail Opportunities Unlimited Inc. of Ste. Anne, where he made many friends who will miss him very much. Special thanks to Dr. Paul DeMoissac for his compassion, respect, dignity and genuine love for Danny; also to his nurses and aides, Joanne S., Joanne C, Linda D., Gisele, Josee, Louise and Elaine. "Forever in our hearts, You better believe it. OK.OK." - Love you, Danny Prayers will be held Sunday, November 9, 7:00 p.m. at the Ste. Anne Roman Catholic Church, Ste. Anne, MB. The funeral service will be held Monday, November 10, 11:00 a.m. at Ste. Anne Roman Catholic Church with viewing one half hour prior to the service with interment to follow in the parish cemetery. Father Rene Chartier officiating. Pallbearers are Marcel Mayer, Gary Mourant, Dennis Dunlop, Gordon Reimer, Norman Broesky and Noel Deslaurier. Honorary pallbearers are Patrick Houston and Pierre Lensard. If friends so desire donations may be made in Dannys memory to Dawson Trail Opportunity Unlimited Inc., 10 - 41 Arena Rd., Ste.
