Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMITSUO TSUTSUMI March 25, 1942 - November 5, 2003 It is with great sadness we must announce the sudden passing of Mitsuo Tsutsumi, taken from us on November 5, 2003. Husband to Beverley (Orr) father to son Ryan and daughters, Roxie and Ashley and a great friend to everyone who knew him. Born the eldest child of Cheiko and Yoshinori Tsutsumi in Abbotsford, British Columbia. He was predeceased by his father Yoshinori and sisters, Kazuko (Kay) and Reiko (Sally). Survived by his mother Cheiko; sister Yooko and Bob Osato; brother Butchie (Akira) and Sonia Tsutsumi. Mitsuo loved to hunt, do pottery and share a good laugh with his buddies. He was a skilled carpenter, plumber and ran a sewer and water business for the majority of his life (Tumi Builders Manitoba Ltd). He will be greatly missed by his brothers-in-law, Richard Orr (Joni), Christopher Turnbull (Pamela), Ken Chrisp, Hiroshi Shimizu; and sisters-in-law Donna Lamb (David) and Heather Turnbull (David), also by all his nieces and nephews, Jennifer, Daniel, Aiden, David, Darryl, Michele, Jeffrey, Kim, Ruth and Paul. A special thanks to Murray Kesselman, Ken Chrisp, Bob Healey, Bill Black, Doug Fife, Amie and Clancy for all their support during this trying time. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, November 13 at 1:00 p.m. at Thomson Funeral Chapel on Broadway and Sherbrook.
