JOHN RONDOS It is with deep sadness that the family announces the passing of our dearly beloved father John Rondos who passed away peacefully at Deer Lodge on November 13, 2003 at the age of 80 years. Although he is gone, his strength of heart and love will be with us always. John lived a life of service, both personally and professionally. His life was characterized by quiet dignity and humility, refusing credit or attention for his many generous deeds. John was predeceased by his loving wife Rose in 2002 and by his parents, George and Mary Rondos and his sister Mary Stretavsky. Left to cherish a lifetime of wonderful memories are his son John of Winnipeg; his daughter Eileen Winter of Edmonton, son-in-law Mark and granddaughter Stephanie; his daughter Shirley Dyer of Winnipeg, son-in-law Denis and grandchildren, Aleisha, Shaun and Adrian; his daughter Jenny Johnson of Winnipeg, son-in-law Robert and grandchildren, Derek and Catherine; his brother-in-law John Stretavsky of Winnipeg; his brother-in-law Mike Simko of St. Catherines and sister-in-law Katie; his brother-in-law Ed Simko of Welland and sister-in-law Mary; his cherished nephews and nieces and his extended family and friends. The family wishes to acknowledge sincere appreciation to Dr. A. Pacin for the care provided to John throughout the years, and also to the nursing staff at 2 West in the Deer Lodge Centre. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, November 17 at 9:30 a.m. at Out Lady of Perpetual Help, 4588 Roblin Blvd. Garry Memorial Funeral Home Cemetery and Cremation Centre 925-1120
