Tuffy was raised in Sperling, MB. She had lived in California for the past 40 years. She is survived by her loving son Matthew Wilson Springer of San Francisco, CA. She is also survived by her sister Alva, her brother Keith, her sister Arlene and brother-in-law Gerald; many nieces, nephews, also, great-nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents and her brother Garth.
